  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (use red or yellow for added color)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Cooking instructions

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add crab meat to the center. Stir gently to combine with the vegetables.
  5. Pour the Fish Curry sauce over the crab and vegetables.
  6. Stir everything together, ensuring the crab and vegetables are well-coated in the red curry sauce. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  8. Serve the Red Curry Crab Stir-Fry over cooked jasmine rice.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
